Precision Siding & Windows

We had a great experience with this company. We had every single window on our house replaced, installed a new sliding glass door, and added a screen door to our deck. We changed our front window to a big picture and it is beautiful. We also made some changes to a big window in the basement to improve the view. I spoke with 2 other companies about these changes and they both didn’t think they could do it. Precision did with no problem. And had a better overall price. They measured and then had the windows made specifically for our house. When the windows were ready, they installed them in about a day and a half. I think it was 19 windows! I am genuinely so excited to review Precision. Tom was such a genuinely nice guy and so informative and helpful and honest. We had gotten wrong info from a different company and Tom corrected us, which resulted in us saving money! Mel coordinated everything flawlessly. The installers did an amazing job. When they left, you'd never know we had work done in the house because it was cleaner than when they arrived. They were so respectful and friendly and worked quickly. The windows are great quality and the warranty cannot be matched. I can't believe I'm at the age where I have a favorite window company but here I am. I will recommend Precision for the rest of my life!

Tom, Melanie and the crew were all great! We had our wood windows repaired recently and were needing new storm windows. Tom gave us multiple options to replace our exterior storm windows without any pressure to purchase replacement windows. After completion, there were 2-3 windows (out of 20+) that needed adjustments/corrections; Melanie was quick to respond (even after the initial installation was done) and Doug fixed everything quickly upon return. Would highly recommend Precision for your window work!

Extremely happy with our choice of Precision. Doug was our installer and was a perfectionist in getting it installed. The install team was super friendly and left us feeling we made a great choice going with Precision. Working with Precision Windows and Doors was great from start to finish. We had a big job, almost 30 windows that needed to be replaced. From the start with our salesman Tom, we knew this was the right company for the job. Tom did a great job explaining the product, process and managing our expectations. We knew replacing 30 windows at the same time would not come cheap, but Precision had the MOST REASONABLE bid for the job. The installation process was nothing short of amazing.
