I am very happy with our experience with Precision Stair Co. Our remodel was a nightmare project but the stair portion with Precision was great. They wear very willing to work around my schedule and were very patient with delays on my end. The installers and the painter were great.

1-Star Review – Precision Stair Company I truly wish I didn’t have to write this review, but after a ton of patience and based on the pictures we will have to spend thousands of dollars out-of-pocket to correct Precision Stair Company’s work, other homeowners deserve to know the truth. While the wood treads and risers themselves are beautiful (the one positive), literally everything else about this project was a disaster and left in an unprofessional, incomplete state: • Exposed concrete and large sections of missing trim • Rough, uneven drywall cuts with unfinished edges everywhere • Multiple gaps around stringers and walls that were pointed out and never fixed • Significant damage to our freshly painted walls and paint overspray on floors and trim • Brand-new carpet ruined because no dro

We purchased a home and wanted to add an additional wooden hand rail for extra safety. It took weeks to find anyone that would even call us back, let alone give us a bid. We are so grateful that we found Precision Stair. They did an amazing job. The hand rail is sturdy, looks beautiful, and they matched the stain color to the existing rail perfectly. Everyone we dealt with was professional, the job was done in two days and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company!

I am extremely happy with the work done by Precision Stair. The finishes on the stairs are absolutely beautiful – I couldn’t be more satisfied! The price was fair and reasonable for the quality of the work. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and best of all, everything was done in a very clean and organized manner. Jose and team delivered my vision for our balcony railing update! The installers were efficient, courteous, and performed a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. The painters were also excellent and fast yet meticulous in their work. We now have balcony railings that are modern, sturdy and match our other renovations! Well done team!
