Precision Temp Heating and Cooling

The gentleman came out the next day as promised. He went to get a part for our air conditioner and we are now able to be cool again. Thank you so much for repairing our unit.

I was using Precision for a few years to clean my furnace and my air conditioner. the last time they came up to clean my furnance, I was told that my burners were rusted and needed to be replaced. I had Great Dane come out and they inspected my furnace and NOTHING was wrong, no rusty, perfect running condition. NO repairs needed. They are not trustworthy and I stopped using them.

Replaced our furnace. Upgraded to a high efficiency unit at a very good price. Precision Temp provided info on different units explaining each. Installation went very well. Workers were knowledgeable and professional. Left the place spotless. Precision Temp provided us with utility rebate forms and made sure all info was complete and correct. (I also used PT for a new central A/C unit years ago and it was a flawless transaction back then too.)

I called them before opening and received a phone call back as soon as they opened. The service tech DJ came out diagnosed the no heat issue and had it fixed asap. I'll be calling them in the spring for a replacement furnace as ours is well aged. DJ is an excellent technician and was a pleasure. Great job.

I needed a new furnace and air conditioner and Jim from Precision Temp came and spent as much time as was necessary to help me choose the right products at a price I wanted to pay. Very friendly and professional. I will update this post once the instalation is complete.
