Precision Tile

We had Jerry Doyle, owner of Precision Tile, perform tile work in our kitchen, half bath, pantry, and laundry room in December of 2010. By September 2011 I contacted him about hairline cracks appearing in the grout joints. He repaired most joints with the same grout. By summer 2013 all the grout joints were crumbling and cracking everywhere throughout the tiled areas. Because the grout job Jerry did proved to have poor results, we contracted another company to cut out all grout joints and re-grout with an epoxy grout. By October 2013 we were experiencing cracked tiles. It seems movement in the floor caused the grout joints to crack, and now with the stronger epoxy grout the movement forced cracking in the tiles. I did not hire Precision tile, so am not commenting on his work. But, his van/trailer has been parked outside of my house for the past week and he leaves his dogs in the van the ENTIRE time. They freaked out the other day barking at anything that walked by. So by all means, I hope your tile work is good but don't have dogs if you can't take care of them. SHEESH
