Deshon was great, but the HVAC system is NOT! I've only had this new system for about 2 months and already the furnace is not working properly. When Deshon left, it seemed like the furnace was working ok, but a few hours later, it stopped working .and the temp in my townhouse plummeted . Also, the Ecobee sensor sent a message that the air quality is bad that there is CO2 and to open a window. It's the coldest day of the year at 2 degrees with a windchill factor below zero!!! I called Precision Today and was only able to speak to Sarah an AI assistant. All that AI could do is set up an apot for Monday. It was Saturday evening. What am I supposed to do for 2 days when it's the coldest days? AI can only do so much. WHERE ARE THE EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS????? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE I need to speak to

If I could give zero stars, I would!!! This has been the worst customer service and installation I have ever experienced in my life! We had a brand new unit installed on 5/13 and the installers didn’t have the Freon to charge the unit and said someone would come back the next day but told me the job was “complete” and cashed my 15k check that day! It has been problem after problem since the unit was installed! I have asked to have an owner call me several times with no response! Finally last Saturday it just stopped cooling and got up to 89 in our house one night! I was told they were bringing portable ac units that day and never showed!
