In life, you need a good partner, a good support system, and a good plumber. I have the first two, now I finally have the third. I'm no plumber, but I do some projects on my own, and know just enough to be dangerous. I also have a pretty good sense of when I need a professional, but am always worried about getting taken advantage of. I have a general idea of what things cost, so I like to think I know when someone is trying to screw me. I had Precision come out to replace an anode rod in my water heater. It was kind of a test. First off, they knew exactly what I was talking about. Second, they offered the option that is most reliable and would save the most money long term (but conversely, they make less). Great experience altogether. Regular scheduled furnance maintence. Called the office for an appointment and service call scheduled for next day! Dispatch notified us of service window and our service rep Brian called us 15 minutes into the window saying he was on his way! Brian checked, cleaned and vacuumed our furnace and made sure the filter was clean. He told us everything was working perfectly and made sure we didn’t have questions. An outstanding service experience all included in our service contract.

Christian and Andres were very efficient and professional in installing my new Trane double HVAC system in a single day. Imagine that, nearly 10 years ago, HVAC technicians took two very long days to do approximately the same work. Besides arriving and starting on time in the morning, the team finished on time by 5 p.m. in less than half the time needed by previous technicians. Christian demonstrated how I can maintain each filter and reassemble it. He and Andres also made sure my basement and outdoors areas were spic and span when they left.
