Precision Tuckpointing

Steve and his team did an amazing job on our front step repair. They were so professional and very easy to work with. We could not be happier, and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. (First photos are the completed step and last few are the before)

Steve responded quickly to our request for an estimate. He came out got on the roof and inspected the chimney, took time to answer our questions and gave us a time estimate for a possible start date. The workmanship was excellent and completed in one day. Steve did more work than we originally discussed and did not charge us. Very fair and honest! The job included fixing and recapping the chimney, and tuckpointing the front of the house.

I think Precision Tuckpointing was the first company I saw when I searched Google after realizing my chimney needed work. I appreciated that I was able to get a rough estimate by just e-mailing a photo, and that when you contact the company you deal directly with the owner Steve. It was also a good sign that there were already so many five-star reviews. Deciding to hire them was certainly a good decision. Steve first stopped by to give a proper estimate, showed me the pictures & pointed out his concerns, communicated exactly what needed to be done, and explained it well. Everything went smoothly, Steve was easy to work with, and he did great work. Highly recommended! If I ever need other work done I will be sure to contact him again.
