Horrible experience from start to finish. Didn’t get the profile I paid for, took almost 2 months to repair the chips it got during installation, damaged my property, installer had to borrow my tools twice, rude staff, and they never made it right. Every time I talked about some kind of compensation for the damage or the profile, I got nowhere. Take my advice, pay a little more and go elsewhere. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

We found Precision Cabinets and Countertops doing a search online and we drive by this business occasionally so we called them to obtain more information. They sent of their employees to do measurements who was very professional and answered a lot of our questions. A week later we went to the showroom and were taken back by surprise. The countertop samples were un organized, dirty and spread out all over the place. They had very few options for cabinets to choose from. The cabinet samples were scratched and dirty. I happened to peek inside one of their offices and it was very disorganized with paperwork scattered everywhere. We came there for help designing our kitchen and they told us to look around the showroom and tell us what we like. Between the disorganized dirty showroom we decided

Horrible experience. So sad to invest in our home and be disrespected with terrible workmanship and product in the end. Limited to no staff response. No solution offered to the mistakes made in our kitchen. Disrespectful employees. Please please don’t go through what we did.
