While he was very friendly when he came out, I have called multiple times since and it’s been over a month still with no estimate (as promised) or follow ups. I’ve reached out multiple times and still got that ‘he’s been busy.’ Feeling like you aren’t a priority or even a concern as a potential customer sucks. I hope your experience is better than mine.

I will highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. We received a well-written estimate and patience has we had to go back to the insurance company to revise their payment estimates up to match. In addition to the roof estimate they informed us about chimney repair we needed done that no one else was mentioning. This helpful information didn't put a dime in their pocket either because they didn't do the work or give a referral. Just wanted us to make sure we were going to have a good quality product and no leaks when all work was done. They came on time and gave us good direction about how the process would work. The job was finished in TWO DAYS! That's all well and good but the icing on the cake came when there was a minor incident that we addressed and in the end it was handled

The initial sales representative was amazing and explained the process and total estimate perfectly. After that the communication fell short with the appointments of the start date, times and the fact that a debit/credit card payment would result in additional fees (it's in the contract, I later located) but something that important I think it should be brought to your attention and initialed to make sure the customer is aware prior. There were numerous calls/emails to confirm time/day as to when additionsl work/chimney would be completed. For the higher cost we paid to use the company I can't say we received anything of more value. Although I would not recommend the company, the roof and the chimney were very nice once all the work was completed.

We have been waiting for an estimate since Irma 9/12/2017. Today is 3/8/2018. The owner (Craig) has been to the house and assessed the structural damage twice. We have called numerous times and only got false promises that Craig would call back. The ONLY reason we waited this long is because the Roofer (John and James) were professional and kind. We recommend the Roofing side of the business but NOT the builders side.
