Miles arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our hvac. He explained everything clearly and even sent us pictures of the leak. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but Miles definitely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair or maintenance.

Preferred Choice Heating and Air was recommended to us 10 years ago and we have been their customers ever since. They replaced the HVAC in a rental house and removed an old furnace and put in a brand new system incl. ductwork for our Airbnb. They’ve been doing maintenance at our house for years which is keeping our somewhat older system running great. They are efficient and competent and so easy to work with. I get answers every time I call and a technician within hours if needed. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. This is an outstanding company - one that we trust completely and highly recommend!

Preferred Choice Heating and Air is my only choice for HVAC needs. They installed my Trane HVAC unit a few years ago and just came back to redesign and install new duct work. The previous duct work (original to the home) was inefficient and showing signs of its age. The install was completed quicker than estimated. I can notice better airflow along with cleaner air. The Trane thermostat was a great addition to complete my HVAC system. I appreciate the ability of the thermostat to communicate any issues the unit may have back to Trane and Preferred Choice. Guess work gone. I believe the price I paid was reasonable and fair. I did not shop around since this is the only company chose to work with.
