Their customer service was above and beyond from the first phone call until the project was complete. Losing your air in Georgia in the summer can constitute an emergency, but Brandi took care of us and got us an appointment right away. Chris came out and had to order a part but literally offered a window AC unit to us while we had to wait. That's unheard of! The work was completed when scheduled and it was an all around great experience (minutes the whole broken AC part)

Chris has taken care of our AC for as long as I can remember! He is super reliable, honest, and runs a great business. We love that we can troubleshoot with him over the phone before he comes out, he's always been able to get us fixed! We appreciate him and Noah who we met recently as well. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs

I have had the worst experience with this company. I went through my home warranty AHS to find an HVAC company to fix my air conditioning. They immediately grabbed the service request and booked the diagnostic appoint 6 days latter. They showed up and diagnosed a motor issue and then wanted me to wait another 4 days to get the part in. I called multiple times and left messages that were never returned. Temperatures were reaching over 90 degrees within my home and I have small children. I ended up getting another company to come out and repair the issue same day. I would not recommend this company or AHS after this experience. The customer service was awful and I feel like the entire process was a money grab/pit. I ended up having to pay for a hotel while I waited for them to come

Don't do it. My mom's AC went out IN JUNE and we are still trying to get them to replace the condenser. Her home warranty (AHS) had Preferred Cooling and Heating come out to her home in Kathleen GA and they immediately told us she needed a new unit. AHS approved for them to replace the condenser but said we would have to pay for the coolant. Fine, whatever, just please fix my eldery mother's AC. They never answer their phones and we have been back and forth with AHS for weeks now about where we are in the process. Apparently the approval and parts have been ordered by AHS, but Preferred never answers their phone nor do they ever call us back so who knows. . We are trying to get a different AC company to come out through our warranty at this point. I have read other reviews below tha

Preferred was sent as a 2nd opinion vendor thru AHS at first we had issues with connecting to schedule as I believe they were calling the wrong # However once connecting Jordan was very helpful in scheduling. The tech arrived within the hour. Was very thorough and knowledgeable. Communicated the issue and how it was corrected! I'm glad I demanded a 2nd opinion because the 1st co AHS sent diagnosed the issue wrong which resulted in my initial claim being denied which would've meant out of pocket cost for me! Thank you Preferred!
