The in-home measurement was scheduled promptly, Dave was punctual, professional, and thorough. When it came time for installation, the team arrived right on schedule and worked efficiently. The installers were courteous, respectful of my home, and clearly took pride in their work. The finished result looks fantastic — flawless installation and great attention to detail. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of both the product and the service. My recent interactions with Preferred Floors were among the best retail experience I've ever had. I had them replace wall to wall carpeting in 5 rooms and the connecting hallway and their service was exceptional at every step of the process. Within two hours of walking into their store, they came to my home to take measurements. I received a very reasonable quote the next morning , revisited the store to choose the carpet and setup installation. I was told it would take two days. The installers showed up on time and were courteous, professional, and so efficient, they finished the job in one day, including removal of old material. The installation was flawless. I recommend this company without reservations, and am extremely happy I was fortunate to have their help.

If you need new carpet - look no further! Preferred Floors just carpeted my stairs and 2 bedrooms and we are so happy! The carpet is beautiful and installed to perfection!
