Mike and his team recently did our whole house window replacement. The team was fantastic; timely, professional, and incredibly proficient. This company installs windows the "correct" way, not just as a replacement. Mike was always very responsive with my questions and concerns and takes true pride in ensuring his customers are fully satisfied. Their workmanship was stellar, ensuing a perfect fit and weatherproofing for each window. They were very considerate in cleaning everything up after the job was complete. We had a wonderful experience with Preferred Home Improvement! They replaced and installed all of our windows and completely transformed the front of our home from stucco to Hardie board. Preferred Home Improvement recently did the siding on my home, and the results are absolutely beautiful. The crew was efficient, respectful, and kept the work area clean throughout the entire project. Mike, the owner, was always responsive and took the time to answer any questions we had. I will say that at one point I experienced some challenges with the office due to what seemed like frequent staffing changes, which normally would make me hesitant to work with a company that cannot keep staff. Hello All, my wife and I contracted with Preferred Home Improvement for some exterior house renovations. We have our gutters, soffits, siding, front pillars, and the rear sliding door replaced. We also had them build a 20'x30' patio with a 20'x20' roof. Both Mike Sr. and Mike Jr. where extremely experienced and knowledgeable in to process. We could tell that they have been in the industry for a long time and take pride in what they can do for their customers. The process was quick and construction progressed at a good pace.
