I am very disappointed with Mike as the home inspector for my recently purchased condo. His inspection report mentioned no major concerning issues yet just two days after moving in I discovered a leak in my bathroom ceiling. I had to hire a plumber who fixed the leak and mentioned that it appeared to be an ongoing issue and that this could have easily been caught if Mike had checked the AC unit condensation pipes. Also, just a week after moving in, I turned on the dishwasher for the first time and it leaked and soaked the baseboards. This also seems to be a chronic issue that went unnoticed in the inspection. I’m afraid of what else is going to break next.. Mike did offer me a refund of the inspection fee (which I accepted), but it doesn’t come close to compensating for the stress and inco
