I am writing to share a concerning experience I've had with Preferred Landscaping Company, our HOA's landscaping service. Approximately three months ago, one of their employees damaged my 25-year-old Japanese Maple tree with a weed eater, and the tree now looks horrible. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through phone calls, emails, and texts to their managers, onsite manager, and even the owner, they have refused to provide a satisfactory resolution. I requested a letter acknowledging their responsibility for the damage, an arborist to trim and clean up the affected areas, and a commitment to replace the tree if it dies due to the damage they caused.
