Preferred Mechanical Air Conditioning

I am widowed and have little knowledge of air conditioners. From the sales rep (Eric) to the office staff * was informed about my new unit . I am almost an expert! The install team worked with respect for my yard and home. They made friends with my dog too! I got trained on the programmable thermostat and the tech survived! My vents were cleaned too!! That worker was awesome and so respective of my home while cleaning. All in all I would say my experience could not have gone any better! The job was done just in time for the cold snap! It has been toasty warm inside and so much quieter than the old unit! Please consider this company, you will be pleased with the cost, staff and the unit! And thanks Amanda for the referral! This is not a 4.9 review this is a 10!!!!! .

The technician Kenny that works here has a side business fixing cars. I gave him a $200 deposit to fix my breaks and waited and waited. I had to call him to ask if the parts were in. He said yes and we scheduled a day for it to finally get done. The day of he texted me and said he had two ac jobs to do, then he would call me to head that way. I'm waited and waited all day, and I'm still waiting. My car became undrivable during this time and after reaching out several times, I had no choice but to take it elsewhere and pay a second time to have it fixed. I'm a server and I was late on rent because of the $200 he still has and won't respond to me to give it back. I'm begging to please pay my money back. This has emotional took its toll on me.

Service manager, Eric Brenner is outstanding! Erik has excellent customer service skills , knowledge and experience! He was able to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand, he did numerous test and checks to ensure that my system is running correctly, and this gave me great peace! I am thrilled that I had the opportunity to meet Erik and have him come to my house and assist me! His friendliness made me feel very comfortable! Thank you for hiring great people like Erik, He is definitely a keeper!

My AC went out just in time for the Labor Day weekend. But fortunately I had amazing service technician Cody. He so kind and explained everything so well . He went above and beyond and went out of his way to make us as comfortable as possible until a new unit could be ordered. So greatful to Cody and preferred Mechanical for getting our AC working again as fast as possible when it’s so hot out. I definitely recommend preferred mechanical and Cody. Thank you all so much.
