Parking Pirates is a better suited name for this business. Don’t ever ever eveeerrrrr go into one of their parking lots if the gate arm is up unless you just love giving away $40. The machine won’t give you a ticket, and the employees/managers can’t be bothered enough to look at the camera to see when you actually entered the parking lot to confirm your actual cost. They just charge you for a “lost” ticket, that was never given in the first place. Then to add insult to injury, not all the exits have a “lost ticket”button and accept debit/credit cards. Some only accept cash for the lost ticket and others no option at all which was the only way to get out. They have a monopoly on most of the parking downtown so just beware where you park. Horrible experience. "Tea" from the help line was incredibly rude. Real Estate landlords, city officials and restaurants should stay away from Preferred Parking as their hired service to manage their parking lots. Had dinner at Link & Pin, which provides free parking validation for their guests. When my daughter drove in to the parking deck the gate was wide open to the lot so we thought it was free parking for the evening and no ticket required, a reasonable assumption because this happens frequently at some parking decks in the evenings or holidays (like yesterday). We came out after dinner one hour later and the gates were all now down. We couldn't get out of the parking deck without a ticket and didn't know what to do. The most unfriendly and most unhelpful customer service you can imagine. A car had my, legally, parked car blocked in and it took almost 2 hours to get the tow truck there to move them. But the real burn, they charged me for the time I waited and then refused to credit me back.

I paid and correctly entered my license plate number on the kiosk and was still issued a ticket.

Take pics of where you park and use Google maps to walk to stadium, then reverse route after game.
