Love Jenny. Shes super nice and gave us a lot of info and made us feel reassured. Super kind soul and very professional. Definitely recommend this company. We've never had a problem with them at all. They tackle your issues quickly and correctly. Great business. They're not all about emptying your pockets like most places.
Edit: We have a new technician servicing our home. First it was Amanda, who is also amazing, and now Jaiden. Jaiden is awesome! He's friendly, knowledgeable, and I know he'll keep our home bug free. Everyone at Preferred is top notch and I trust all of them with our pest issues.
The girls in the office were so kind and patient while we were navigating a difficult purchase. Dave is friendly and professional. Thoroughly explaining the process, guarantee, etc. Excellent experience!
Amanda is always great to have come out. She listens to what is needed and completes the best service for our needs. We appreciate all of her hard work and completing it with a smile.
Jacob with Preferred Pest was great! He did a thorough job and even found a remote that had been lost under one of our beds. Give that guy a raise!
