Preferred Pump

The company is a joke. I called looking for a mechanical seal. I had a pump down. After playing James Bond music in my ear for 32 minutes. I decided to hang up and call back. That I did not have an account and I couldn't purchase even though I was a contractor. Requested to talk to a manager she transferred me to a voicemail box. I called back and requested to talk to a manager and the lady began to argue with me about not having an account. I'm thinking there's no manager on duty. Company appears to run on a shoestring and is a complete joke.
