Derrick with Premier is amazing. He arrived on time, was extremely patient and professional, and never rushed the process. I had almost lost hope with my washing machine after trying so many things that didn’t work — it was a complicated problem. He took the time to carefully troubleshoot and used his knowledge and experience to fix it. I’m so thankful he was able to save my washer. Truly outstanding service!

Hey there, I just wanted to drop a quick line to share my fantastic experience with Premier! I was truly blown away by their service from start to finish. The technician who handled my repair was incredibly efficient and got everything sorted out much faster than I expected, which was a huge relief. On top of that, their communication was absolutely top-notch. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, which I really appreciated and made the whole process feel super smooth. Second service person to come out. First company made me nervous to even try another repair guy. Thankfully the GE representative talked me into trying this company and the first encounter on the phone and in person were great. Very courteous and friendly. Knowledgeable about the issue I was having. ( hot sensor light for range stuck on brand new stove ). Is going to order the part and return to fix when it arrives. For warranty or regular repair, I would consider Chris for premier to help. Will update after the job is complete, too. Good service men / women are hard to find. Give these guys a try and I don’t think you will be disappointed. Thanks Chris! GE sent this company for a warranty repair. I explained my issue and they determined a specific part was needed. They ordered it and scheduled an appointment. I appreciate Eric’s punctuality and professionalism. My cooktop was fixed without issue. Another company was previously scheduled and I had the opposite experience. Highly recommend this company for warranty repairs and for general work.
