Premier Bath & Kitchen

I LOVE working with PBK, more specifically Heidi Hartman. PBK is our "go to" for all of our clients Kitchen and Bath needs. They understand the need for service and Heidi takes it to another level. Many times we are on a jobsite and a contractor or sub has a question or revision, needs clarification or specs. PBK accommodates and always stays connected until their questions are resolved. As a designer / project manager time is always of the essence and it's critical to work with reps you can trust - that is PBK / Heidi. They are a huge resource and we enjoy working with them.

Shame, shame, shame on Premier Bath & Kitchen and their staff! 😡 I walked into the store and waited almost ten minutes without a single employee approaching me to offer assistance. Absolutely no acknowledgment, no “Can I help you?”, nothing. One guy was on the phone, and when he finally decided to help me, it was obvious he was doing it reluctantly, as if my presence was an inconvenience. I came in looking for a shower head combo and faucets for my bathroom, but the sheer disrespect and lack of basic customer service was unbelievable. I left immediately and went to Ferguson instead. This level of service is unacceptable. If you value your customers at all, something needs to change, fast.

Dana Bird at the Redding Premier Bath and Kitchen is one of the best people I have the pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and very quick to help with all of mine and my customers kitchen and bath fixture needs. I highly recommend to all.

Exceedingly poor service, both in the showroom and after. I highly recommend not shopping here. I was very appreciative of the manager responding to my post with his phone number and asking me to give him a call. I thought that was terrific! The problem was I left him a message thanking him for responding, but then he never called back to hear the story. I guess the concern wasn't very sincere.

As my wife and I walked into the showroom, we were greeted by a rather unpleasant woman at the front desk. She reminded us quite snorkely that they would be closing veary soon Store hours are 9-5 it was 4:45. The entire time we were in the showroom. Not a single other sales rep would even look at us. We did have questions about faucets. The showroom is quite lovely with many options. It's a shame that they do not take customer service more seriously. The showroom was beautiful and spotless. I recommend this place if you want to come in and see something in person then find a better price on the internet. As we we're looking to spend a significant amount of money remodeling our kitchen.
