I work at the Colonial Theatre, Phoenixville, PA. We had an excellent experience working with Premier Building Restoration, Inc. on an exterior brick wall re-pointing project. Their masonry expertise, especially with historic buildings, was evident throughout the entire process. Communication was outstanding, with weekly check-ins from the project manager and daily coordination between the mason and our Facilities Manager. Their team was friendly, professional, and always willing to answer questions. They stayed on budget, kept the site well managed, and thoroughly documented the work with clear reports and photographs. We were very impressed with both the quality of the craftsmanship and the overall project management, and would highly recommend them.

Premier Building Restoration did an amazing job on our museum houses and we couldn't be more happy with their work. Everyone involved from masons to the project manager was professional and the work was top-notch. They understand historic buildings and how to properly repair historic masonry. UPDATE - we hired Premier last month (October 2025) to do some additional tweaks to our historic King of Prussia blue marble and once again— we were thrilled with the work and most especially the incredible service we received from Dominic, Emily, and Frank. Flawless! ORIGINAL POST: Premier restored the historic (early1800's) portico of our building to perfection! The care they took with each phase of the restoration was beyond impressive. We highly recommend Premier and plan to use them for other masonry work on our two buildings.
