I cannot say enough good things about their service! Not to mention my rug - my son threw up and so it was green/yellow and then I ruined it by trying to clean it myself - i had stripped the rug of color and disrupted the fibers, it was bad! He not only restored the color to the point where I cannot tell what had happened! He also addressed the fiber damage and I am so so pleased. He was so kind and you can tell he has been doing this for a very long time. Will go back to him 100 times out of 100 and would refer his service in a heartbeat. He even got our run back to us much sooner than he had initially estimated. Very thankful for his service!!
