5 stars is not enough to rate the quality of professionalism, quality of the product and customer service I got from Premier. I called at 9:20 am and Chad was here within 15 minutes. Every step he took and everything he did was fair and transparent and he kept me informed throughout the process. He provided details and explained my options without pressure. I'm very happy with my new furnace and I will always use Premier. I've already started telling people just how awesome Chad and his company are. You are the best!

James did an amazing job and fixed problems that were not addressed in several previous visits, including a new furnace install. He answered all my questions and gave me good feedback for preventative maintenance. He worked quickly and efficiently.

James is AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and you can tell he's been in this field for a long time. When others couldn't figure out what was wrong with the system James knew quickly and explained it so it could be understood (not just in HVAC terminology) and then went immediately to fixing the issue. I highly recommend James if you're having any HVAC issues!

Had them come out to check over the furnace to make sure everything was good to go. Very pleased with the service. They found a part that was going bad and had the part with him to replace it. Very through with checking everything, even made sure the correct pressure was coming in off the propane tank. I will definitely use them again next year.
