Had work done in the basement. Juan was great. But his sub-contractors were not good at all. The electrician kept asking for money outside the job for “health reasons.” The plumber acted like we were going to run away with his money. even though they come to the job every day, he wanted daily payment The vent guy forgot to put a heating/cooling vent in the bathroom and we’ve been trying to fix the problem for the last four years. He put cheap tiny floor vents on the ceiling and we’ve been having continuous issues with heating the basement. Will never use this company again.

Premier Construction signed a contract with my company to be a subcontractor to complete some work on a few properties. After waiting many months for the other contractors to finish their part of the project, and re-writing multiple change orders for Premier, It was finally my turn to complete my part of the project. After multiple emails with Premier trying to get my part of the job scheduled (the client kept changing the date they wanted me to complete the job), Premier completely dropped all communication with me. A few weeks later, I found out that they hired somebody else to complete my part of the job. I tried emailing Premier Construction after this to see why they awarded my signed contract to someone else, but they completely ignored my emails again. I talked to a lot of the oth

Worst General Contractor, I never see a GC with this low capacity of work with Subs, Really bad in communication, worst Superintendent, Slow payment, keep away of this GC....

They have done atot of local work that could be looked at they also are very Knowledgeable been around a long time your money would be well spent 👍
