Premier Contracting

We had an excellent experience with Premier Contracting on our bathroom remodel. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team paid great attention to detail, communicated clearly throughout the process, and delivered high-quality workmanship. The finished bathroom looks amazing and exceeded our expectations. I demoed my bathroom a while ago, intending it to be a DIY project. I finally decided I was in over my head and hired Premier to remodel the bathroom. I also had cabinets installed in a niche and countertops replaced in the kitchen. As other reviews have mentioned, Kasi was great at communicating and letting me know scheduling and when they would be coming. I had many of the materials such as tile, but they helped fill in the gaps picking out some fixtures, trim, etc. Rob did a fantastic job with the actual remodel work, and finished pretty quickly. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Overall, I found them great to work with! Really happy with the results.

I found Premier Contracting to be the best contractors I have ever worked with. They kept me informed every step of the way and their work is exceptionally professional. Their sub-contractors were also excellent and did a great job. Premier had great remodeling suggestions and always worked to find solutions for problems within my budget - in fact, they came up with ways to save me money which allowed me to do much more remodeling than originally planned. I felt like I not only gained a great job on an older home but a couple of friends that I would not only recommend but use again on any future projects!

We seriously had the best experience with Robert and Kasi. They really make a great team. I’ll be honest we were concerned at first when we found out that the “crew “was a one man crew. But man do I tell you Robert can get so much done even in a day ! We were thoroughly impressed with his work. If we didn’t like something or if we noticed something and pointed it out to him, he would fix it. Another thing that we really loved about them is their communication. We always knew when Robert was coming or going. There were no surprises of what time he was gonna show up, which with another company, we had nothing but issues and had no idea when they would show up and do work that was not the case with these guys!! Beware! Do not work with this company. At first they were great, they replied to all inquiries regarding our deck. We gave them 50% down to build our deck according to our contract back in May 2023 and 50% balance is supposed to be paid when finished. We thought we could trust them even though they haven’t completely finish our deck and gave them additional payment because they ask. We gave them a benefit of a doubt. Came to find out that they ordered wrong products for our deck, we wanted aluminum railing according to our contract but they ordered composite instead. Robert had a lot of complaints about it stating a lot of bad things regarding composite railing products and I realized then that that’s not what we ordered. He came back the next day and took back all his words about the bad
