Premier Cruise Parking

I have used this parking garage before and I was really disappointed today. I apparently used a 3rd party company to book the reservation which apparently only took a deposit. I thought that it was taking the entire payment so they asked for cash when we arrived. They wouldn't accept cards which is nuts to me. Then the gentleman was talking all fast like we knew what he was talking about and we asked him to repeat himself quite a few times. Then of course since the amount that was taken was an odd number he rounded up. Not a huge deal but very inconvenient because I wasn't expecting that. I believe that the company should have sent in the email a way to pay the remaining balance online. The drivers are very nice. The vans are a bit dated but the a/c works and they were readily available

Worst parking service. Do NOT book this parking. We waited over 2 hours for the shuttle. We called them twice, and both times the staff was extremely rude. Instead of helping, they argued with us and refused to accept that there was no shuttle at the gate, constantly trying to prove that we were wrong. Later, they disconnected the call and did not answer afterward. This caused unnecessary stress and could have easily made us miss our flight. Please don’t risk your time or your flight by using this parking and shuttle service. Easily one of the worst parking services we have ever experienced. Apart from this, the shuttles were very old and poorly maintained. They smelled bad, and the seats were worn out, making the ride very uncomfortable.

BE AWARE! - upon arrival to their garage and level 6, they conformed my reservation. - advised me $97.00 balance was due in CASH ONLY, because cc machine was at their office and down. - I gave the attendant a $100.00 bill, received $3.00 in change, he took a picture of my plate and handed me a blue slip for my windshield. Up on arrival at the port on disembark day i was advised by the driver they needed to verify payment, because they had no PROOF. They did not want to bring me to my vehicle at first, and then they did. Once at my vehicle the manager took a picture of the BLUE slip that was given to me and signed by his employee, and stated “We have a problem and turned his back” He let me leave since I did have a paid slip. This is the best park & shuttle service ive ever used in 20 cruises out of Miami. 90% of the negative reviews are from reasons beyond their control, the traffic to the Miami Port on the weekends are insane. Guess what? I sat in traffic in their van for almost 2 hours due to the Miami Marathon and the fact there were 9 ships in Port. Not their fault. They lease several floors of the garage on deck 7/8 and have 5 or 6 vans in their fleet with outstanding drivers.

Don’t bother. I saw this recommended in Facebook group for cruises and I cannot understand for the life of me why. I picked it because it had decent reviews and a shuttle service to the port. There’s about two people that work here so when you pull into the garage you have to sit and wait for someone to check you in. Ok, fine. I was checked in then told to go to the 9th floor and to come back down for the shuttle. I pull up to the 9th floor where a woman is standing and I drive by her to pass a spot that was tight so I didn’t want to park there - she literally SCREAMED at me to park in this spot. Fine. Parked there. I headed back downstairs for the shuttle. I was the ONLY person because at this point it was 2:30 since it had taken me two extra hours to get to Miami. The driver was on his p
