Premier Custom Flooring

We’ve worked with Premier on a handful of projects over the years. Being a repeat customer is a clear sign we are satisfied with the work done. Most recently, we worked with Heather, who was extremely knowledgeable and supportive throughout the tile selection process — patient, responsive, and willing to answer questions and give updates. We couldn’t be happier with the end product and would definitely recommend!

The installers we good until the job was done and we didn’t see it until after they were long gone. The staining was done properly and after 2 months of trying to get someone out, the owner showed up an hour late, tried to argue, and ended up leaving with no resolution. Bad owner, period. I would never recommend this company. Funny part is, if he would have fixed the issue, he would have earned the 2nd floor.

After ordering tile for two bathrooms at another place in Avon Lake and month later tile still not in we demanded our money back. Went to Premier Custom Flooring. What a breathe of fresh air. Carl came out and measured and Jackie put in the order. The quote was good and tile came in within a week but problem getting transition stripes from supplier. Not their fault though. They came day before Thanksgiving at 9 am. The two men worked their tails off. Never took a break and finished up at 3pm. The floors are beautiful and workmanship superb. What a great way to run a business. ! Thank you so much Carl and Jackie.

Stay away from this retailer. I bought the most expensive wood flooring they had and when it was installed they used two different dye lots! Now , I go there to get the name of the stain I need to get to touch up a gouged spot and they have no records regarding my purchase. Be careful. I won't ever go there again.I was TOLD that there were no records. They purged the records before 2015. I did the two areas in two stages but when the second project was done, the new supply of wood was two different stains and yet they put these on my foyer floor. I WISH I could attach of a picture of what the installer thought was okay. .

We got a quote on flooring from another flooring company down the street. Although they were very helpful, it was much more then we thought it should be. We had a very good experience with Premier in the past when they refinished our foyer and put in new carpet throughout our house but I didnt see the same flooring I had liked at the other place. My husband decided to call Premier anyways just to see if they could maybe soecial order the flooring we liked and give us another quote... so we called them on a Tuesday close to 5pm. Jackie answered and was able to have a person at my house before I went to work the next day! He showed up on time and was very knowledgable about what was to be expected with the new flooring. They returned the quote by the end of the day. The quote was significant
