From day one everyone was professional and friendly. During the entire process they included me and made sure I was happy with the project. Eddie is a rock star! The tile guys let me work with them to put up the Mexican tile in a beautiful array. Kent and Rachel kept me updated. Rachel understood my vision! Kent is on top of everything and communicates so I didn't have to ask. Everyone was lovely and my kitchen is GORGEOUS thanks to this team!!

At the recommendation of a designer friend, we used Chris Ebert and Premier Kitchen and Bath to help design a new kitchen and bathrooms for our investment property which we were going to gut and expand. He helped us come up with an open design that fit the kitchen space perfectly and cabinets for the bathrooms, laundry room and a linen closet. We were thrilled with the new cabinet colors and finishes he proposed, thinking out of the box for something a little more unique but universally appealing. The cabinets were delivered in beautiful shape. One small mistake made by the factory was quickly remedied. We were so pleased with the finished look that really punched up the value of our property. Premier designed and installed our new kitchen that we love! Good communication, excellent workmanship and designed to our style, well worth the money. Pretty much hassle free since they use their own employees for almost everything. Took about three months, well worth the wait.

This bath remodel is worth waiting for. The company is a well tuned operation. All the work is handled by employees who are skilled craftsmen. No work contracted out. From the moment you walk in the door, you know you can expect the best. We showed the bathroom to my sister, she actually had tears she loved it so much. She commented, "worth every penny, this room alone will sell your house." I can not be more happy. I will miss all the people who turned our bathroom into a luxury spa.

During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing. Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished.
