Love my new bathroom. As a newly divorced man I needed a women's touch. Battina spent 4 hours helping me pick out everything I needed in their beautiful Jackson N.J. showroom. Lane is a great guy and a perfectionist. All of the workers were neat and professional. The extensive work I needed (complete gutting down to the beams) all new electricity and plumbing was also completed in a timely manor. They came and gave me an estimate. We ordered the tile and when it came in then they ripped out my old, cracked shower, the next day they started to install the walls, etc. and then the tile. That whole process took 3 days. I am very happy with the professionalism and work ethic of the crew and would highly recommend them. The shower is absolutely beautiful. Do NOT hire these people. It took 2 years to complete a job that was contracted for 5 months. Received a collections notice prior to the job being complete. Collections had tacked on $500+ in interest. When I advised that the job was completed two weeks ago, they said the claim was filed with them 6 months ago. Lane does excellent work but there is no communication between him and the office (his wife). The office provided the flooring company with wrong grout (that she found in the basement of their business). The flooring company kindly returned and stained the grout, where visible, to the proper color. Premier insisted this did not happen. Again, no communication. The work that was done was done well, hence the two stars, but as a business, I would go elsewhere.

They remodeled a bath and a half in my old condo. We recently moved and are using them again in our new place to remodel a full bath there. Their work is great and timely and would recommend them and use them again for future projects.

Run for the hills… you really don’t want to deal with them! Installation is the issue wrong items and then no follow through you can never get them to come back. We called and called and called and we’re always just yes to death but nothing ever happened.
