I recently had the pleasure of working with Premier Electric, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! When I called, I was connected to Tony, who immediately understood my situation and the need for a bid on changing a breaker panel. He came out within 48 hours and provided an amazing bid that was both fair and transparent. My husband and I recently purchased the old Bennett Bay motel, which is 76 years old this year, and it's been nothing short of a challenge dealing with the many headaches that come with such an old property. I have not hired this business for any projects, but never will due to the reckless driving I witnessed today by one of their trucks. At 1045 am, the Premier Electric truck turned left into the Verizon parking lot on 4th Street abruptly in front of a car that was no more than a foot from him. The other driver was heading south on 4th, and the Premier truck was heading north. He just blindly turned in front of the other car. The community needs to be informed that these individuals obviously disregard any accountability for their actions.

I called twice asking for information about an electrical job I needed. Both times the lady answering the phone said, "Let me connect you to my boss." Both times the boss was unavailable, so she took my number and told me "Tony will call you back." Tony never called back!!! Either time. :( There's a saying: "Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action." Well, in business, twice is enemy action. I won't be doing business with someone who can't be bothered to return my calls.

We dealt with the owner Travis Smith who gave us competitive pricing to convert our mattress store to LED lighting. Billy did the overhead work taking care to protect thousands of $ of merchandise in a short period of time. They exceeded our expectations!

Premier did all of our electric work at our storage facility. They did a great job, are very dependable, and are quick to return phone calls. Highly recommend for any electric work you need.
