They were very friendly and got me scheduled and my new EV outlet installed within 3 days. Minor billing issue, but they were extremely courteous and the issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes over the phone. Would recommend.

As you can see in the first photo with our grandson, we have had our cable ran from the grandbabies room to our living room for quite some time. We were doing this because we wanted our TV on a different wall than what the builders originally had planned and installed. We called Reitz Electric first and they came out 2 months ago. It was hot, so they asked if they could wait until it cooled down. Sure, no problem. I don't want anyone passing out in the attic, because I can't pull them out. I had to call them twice to actually get on the books. We were finally scheduled for Monday (Halloween) and they called Monday morning and stated they didn't have the supplies for the job. Okay. No clue about their service but they do not value others lives while driving in their company truck. Bobbed and weaved through several other cars. Where are you going that requires you have to do that?

The older lady in one of your vans was extremely rude to an elderly gentleman at McDonald's today in North Vernon, Indiana. She had ran over his hose line to the power washer and as he tried to get her attention she rolled down her window and yelled to him that she was busy! Lady, you're in a moving vehicle. PAY ATTENTION! maybe your employees shouldn't be so busy and distracted in their vehicles. Hope she has the day she deserves.

what great service and professionalism Cory was outstanding in doing everything we asked for, he was truly a one man crew he installed new panel upgraded our old 100amp service put in outside service for the new pool and ran new receptacle's into the garage upstairs and down and always had a wonderful attitude and friendly smile. The price was right the service was fantastic from day one. I highly recommend Premier Electric to Anyone needing service. We will not hesitate to use them again.
