I contacted Premier Elite back in December of 2022. I had just taken a wall down that divided the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen had tile floors and the rest of the first floor was hard wood. I wanted the floors to match! We ended up scheduling the floors for March, which ended up being April because of us not them. They were extremely helpful and Ryan was very responsive. They showed up and finished ahead of schedule, even after taking on several other unforeseen issues that I had asked them to do while taking out the old tile. I took the tile out the weekend before they started. A lot of half a**ed issues that were here from the previous owners were made into non issues. Ryan even met me at the house today—on a Saturday, at 7am, and after having already received payment for a completed job—to help me protect the newly-refinished floors from getting damages by movers. Comfortable with staff doing the job. They knew what they were doing. Friendly. They would talk to me and let me know what the process was. Never disrespected by any of them. Cared about getting the work done the right way, and kept job site clean and safe. Listened to my concerns and worked with me to resolve them. I know this job they did was more than expected, but they never complained about that. Professional attitude at all times. They were nice and fun to work with. Customer service was top notch. Easy to contact and replied quickly. Very pleased with overall quality and experience with company, staff and completed work.
