We went to 3 other places and got no service - like the didn't need our business- Big Daddy's was one of them- so we went to premier flooring- and we were treated like royalty- and are tickled to death with the results - very professional- kind and prompt- we will absolutely use them again and no one else!! You won't be disappointed!! March 12.2018 Since we were so happy with our kitchen flooring We decided to use Premier Flooring for my work Remar,Inc- our conference room and 2 offices. A-Aron Wilson came out to measure- he is an absolute pleasure to work with! In our conference room we wanted to replace the carpet with tile- Aaron found the exact same tile as in our hallways! Aaron and the team took great care of us! We needed new flooring in our bedroom - he came out to get measurements at our set appointment time, my wife and I went to their store the same day and he walked us through the various options. We were unsure so he sent us home with some samples to play with. We made our choice, he sent our estimate over and we had new carpet installed within the week. It was a seamless experience and Aaron took great care of us along the way (I had some dumb questions). Big thanks to Aaron and the installation team for the great work!

Premier Flooring exceeded my expectations from start to finish—Aaron guided me through the selection process with expert knowledge, quick responses, and honest, fair pricing, and the installation team was equally impressive. They arrived on time, kept the work area spotless even while tearing out tile, and seamlessly cut and refitted an AC floor vent buried under the subfloor. Throughout the project they walked me through trim, transition, and underlayment options so I felt confident in every detail, treated my home with care, and left it immaculate. 110% recommend Premier Flooring for their professionalism, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. We had Premier install carpet in almost our entire house- our basement, both sets of stairs, most of our main floor, and the entire third floor. The process to pick out the carpet was seamless and I appreciated all the options they had in house. The install went great and they followed up afterward to ensure there were no issues. Appreciate this place. Always happy to invest in and give my business to a small local place rather than a large corporation.

would not recommend this store for anything. went to store, picked out carpet and padding, Aaron came out couple days later to measure said he would call with estimate and still no call, been 3 weeks now. if you want carpet in a reasonable timeframe call Hometown Flooring in Lebanon. Awesome people to work with.
