From our initial contact to the completion of our sunroom, the process and follow-through were excellent. The office staff, project coordinator, and installers were all outstanding, and especially Frank, the owner, who personally inspected the project to ensure it met his high standards of satisfaction. It couldn't have gone better. I would know, as I've owned a kitchen design center for many years. What began as an uninsulated porch is now a beautiful, all-glass four-season room addition. We couldn't be more pleased!

Beautiful look and quality workmanship. Every step from placing the order, receiving papers for permit submission and final step of assembly was on time. Yes it took about 4 months from the time of signing the contract but we were informed about it at that time and agreed on these terms. Very good communication with the company service team. Thanks for joy we get using the newly remodelled screen porch. This EZ breeze design is elegant and charming.

We had premier install sliding glass doors on a patio a few weeks ago. Installation seemed to go fine but during the last rain storm we had water leaking under the doors on two of the three sliders. We sent emails with pictures no response. We called and were promised a visit from a tech. Still waiting for a response or visit. According to review responses “they take customer service seriously” , they might say that but actions say otherwise.

Jordan came to give us an estimate on October 2, 2025 on a new door for our sunroom. They had done the original glass installment on our porch. He said he would get me an estimate the next day. Well days go back and then a week. I called the office and left a message for him to call me. Nothing. Another week goes by. I call again. Left a message with Michelle. Still nothing. Waited 3 1/2 weeks called again today on October 27. Asked to speak to a sakes manager Apparently Jordan is the sales manager. Asked to speak to the owner. Michelle said she would leave a message. I said "This will be my last call. This is a terrible way to do business and she agreed. " Do NOT use this company. Terrible customer service and business practice.

Yesterday the craftsmen of Premier Glass & Screen enclosed my screened in porch with the EZ Breeze system. We are so pleased. I am so glad I chose the clear vinyl windows. The workmen, Billy and Marshall, were friendly, attentive to detail and very neat and tidy. My dog 🐶 liked them too. They were on time and completed the job in one day as promised. I highly recommend this company.
