We had an amazing experience with Premier Heating and cooling! From the first phone call phone to the final installation, everyone was professional efficient and stress free. The technician arrived one time and explained everything clearly and made sure we understood our options before starting any work

I was having issues with my heating and a winter storm with cold temperatures was already moving in. The part I needed couldn’t be delivered so Kelly drove to get it. The tech, Mikey, was quick and thorough and really easy to work with. Premier charges much less than other HVAC companies in BG and also has really good people.

I am extremely thankful for premiere being an honest company. We had a company come to our house and check our unit and we were told something that would have cost us close to $1000.00 (in only labor) needed to be done to make our unit safe. I had a gut feeling that something didn't seem right and I wanted a second opinion. Premier came out, they were thorough and took pictures to show me and made sure our unit was completely safe for our family. They went above and beyond, to help settle my heart and mind. They turned our unit back on and didn't charge me hardly anything because there wasn't anything wrong with our unit. They were so honest in a moment they could have made some slick cash and I never would have known but they didn't they were just honest. Praying thanks to God for honest

Haven’t had heat for over a month. They ordered a part that took a month to get there which is understandable. Then it wasn’t the right part. Also said they will be at my house first thing in the morning and came in the evening without notice. You have to question the integrity of this company if these things happen over and over again.

Kelly and his guys at Premier Heating and Cooling saved us!!! They were so kind and hard working!!! A HUGE THANK YOU this amazing company for helping us out when we needed them!! If you want to find a good local company- check who helps the nonprofits in town. They are the businesses with real heart!
