Although my husband and I are pleased with the outcome of our shower, we are not pleased with the work that was left for us to complete nor were we satisfied with the crew and their work. The lead installer was not very personable or professional. They did not show up until almost lunch time. He had to come back on 2 separate days to fix the silicone work. They pieced 2 pieces of material together and tried to pass it off even though it was supposed to be a solid piece. There are black burn marks on the edges of the material where it was cut. I was also not informed that it would be our responsibility to repair the Sheetrock where they removed the old tub. We voiced our complaints with Tyler and Mike, the sales team, but did not receive any feedback. Only that they would see what they cou

Impressive presentation; we enjoyed the extent to which Premiere tackles to back up the product and take care of any issues they might face during install seems to be priceless guarantee. -Luke was a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the job we needed.

Mitchell came to look at my fiberglass tub and shower unit that has been in the house since 1981. He showed us many videos of showers and we chose the one we liked. He also showed us wall colors tile and not tiled as well as flooring. We are really happy with our choices. Mitchell was a pleasure. He gave us all the information he had enabling us to make an informed decision. It was a pleasure to have him here.
