After a significant leak, our 1940's era bathtub and shower needed a complete overhaul. Premier Home Pros provided a wealth of information to help us make our choices, gave us a great deal and made sure we had the financing to take our needs and meld them with our desires. They made sure we understood every step of the process, from Consultation to Installation, with clear communication all along the way. On the 1st day of Installation, Darren arrived with the tools and equipment easily equal to the task at hand. He was professional and respectful and we felt completely comfortable with him in our home. The new tub and shower look beautiful and we know they are sturdily supported. We would totally recommend them to anyone!

Disorganized and no attention to detail. No communication for weeks at a time despite repeated calls/texts. We went with Premier because our salesman told us that 85% of jobs were done in one day, and the next 15% were done the very next day. In reality, we were completely without a shower for over a month. After 8 visits over 71 days (Sept 4 - Nov 14), the shower is *still* not done. The door scrapes across the threshold, slams when opened (unfortunately I can't attach a video here), is hung unaligned, and is missing most of its seals so our shower is leaking. The wrong parts were repeatedly ordered (including a framed shower instead of frameless). Every time the crew came out, I had to make a list of what needed to be done and hang signs around the bathroom with the latest list.

I went into this free estimate with no real idea of cost. Mike was outstanding in every aspect of the sale from start to finish! I feel good about my choice to go with Premier! Thanks Mike, you were great!

Michael came out and was very thorough with his explanation. I was very pleased with the honesty and the explanation of the quality that this company provides. There were no questions left unanswered. I highly recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for a bathroom remodel.

Lack of communication in all aspects. My shower was a delay from the start due to being a “special order” then no updates. When the showered arrived, the Pan size was wrong and the shower had a seem so everything is being reordered or “expedited” at their cost. There cost? They are not out of money, time, bedroom and bathroom being useable. Beware of the pitch to get your sale. Jacuzzi bath is comparable. I am Unhappy across the bar. As of September 9th I’m still without a shower. The only good from this company were Curtis and Murphy the workers. Staff needs to be trained on ordering and answering the phone. Wasted time and sitting at home just to hear the shower is delayed further. No communication and no shower, how can you get worse than that.
