I contacted several roofing companies in December to replace my 20 yr old roof because my insurance company said it was “too old”. A friend had Premier do their roof & was very satisfied. Steve gave a very thorough presentation & estimate, but the only problem was being it was December and the job was dependent upon the weather getting warmer. The roof was completed in one day in February by a very competent and respectful crew. The property was clean & tidy and Steve came the next day to walk the yard with me making sure everything was done satisfactory. I received my warranty a week later, which allowed me to rectify my insurance issue. I am very satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism and efficiency of all the individuals I had the pleasure of working with.

After a tornado went through our town, several roofing companies stopped by to capitalize on the insurance claims to be had. After being approached by two companies and seeking out a third, I noticed the Premier truck at my neighbor’s house and got the number. I spoke with my neighbor who said that the company seemed honest and trustworthy, so I called for an estimate. Well, after several weeks of researching and dealing with five different companies, I can honestly say that calling Premier was the best decision I could’ve made. Over the years , I have had a few rental houses and all of them at one point required a new roof. Premier Home Renovations were in my neighborhood replacing several roofs, I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and the dedication the team had. Every one of the team knows there job and gets right to it. I scheduled a meeting with George from Premier, he actually came to my home on a Sunday just to fit my schedule! He explained all the top of the line materials they use and the Golden Pledge Warranty. I can tell you from my experience with other roof contractors, it is not the norm. You may be able to find a contractor to replace your roof for a cheaper cost but I can tell you ,you will not find a contractor that uses the high end materials and attention to details like Premier Home

I highly recommend Carlos and Premier Roofing and siding contractors. This is the second building project they have done for us in the past year and the quality of work, professionalism, and most of all honesty is second to none. We have now used them for siding, roofing and gutters between the two projects and can’t be happier. Deposits are easily done electronically and Carlos will not take final payment until job is 100% done and you are satisfied.
