I'm actually very surprised that all previous reviews are so positive. They must be fake... We unfortunately had a very bad experience during one of the hottest weeks in New York. First, they responded to a service call at 3pm when we placed a call early in the morning. Then, they quoted almost $8K to replace control boards, took a whole day next day to install it and it didn't do anything! Then we were told that a compressor must be changed, they don't know how much it would cost, but probably between $10K and $14K. At that time, I was forced to call another vendor to come and assess the situation. They came over the weekend, said the unit is actually under a warranty. We unfortunately had to replace the compressor without the warranty because Premier never submitted a claim and we just

My cooling system in the house went down and i didnt know what to do. Glad i was able to find premier hvac they came within an hour and got it all running in a short time. They were very respectful and inside the house took off their shoes and very clean work. Overall very happy with the work they have done. And will be using them again soon on my new rental house that will need the whole heating and cooling systems installed from scratch.

Very reliable company. Nikolina was able to get a discount for me after I referred my neighbor. The air duct cleaning was thorough and the technicians were very processional. They also installed a humidifier for me a week later. Special thanks to Nikolina and Max on awesome service!

thank you for the great service. we booked my air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning for Sunday in the afternoon. The gentleman that came were professional and efficient. I was satisfied with the whole process.

I never cleaned my dryer before and called Premier Cleaning for this service. Steve scheduled me at the earliest convenience and two technicians came for the appointment. They cleaned my dryer very well and now it works much better then before.
