Wow! We were referred by a friend who was thrilled with his new system. Our system has not been properly serviced because other companies came out and just really didn't do anything. Rick was fantastic...professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and happy to answer questions along the way. If you saw the condenser before...I wish I had a picture! Rick cleaned it up beautifully. It was a mess. At this rate, we will be a customer for life. The system already seems to be working better after Rick did some much needed maintenance. He explained everything he was doing and asked for permission before doing extra work. He also cleaned up after using the hose and left everything tidy. I am extremely satisfied with our first service call and look forward to doing business with this company!

Seth did an outstanding job fixing our heat. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find someone who is both honest and reliable these days, but Seth with Premier indoor comfort definitely is. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Seth to anyone needing HVAC/ heating service.

We had a great experience with Premier Indoor Comfort System. They installed our AC units several years ago. They did a great job at a fair and reasonable price. They were very easy to work with. Recently, we had an issue with our 20 year old heated flooring thermostats and Seth came out and was able to troubleshoot the issue and fix the problem. I found this company online after having a very disappointing experience with another company. I decided to give them a try because of their many 5 star reviews, and boy, did they ever live up to the reputation they have obviously worked hard to earn & maintain. We unfortunately had a reversing valve failure on our system, which was right at 15 years old. Cost of repair plus age of the system led us to looking into system replacement. In the process of getting a few quotes for a full system replacement, we were referred to Premier by a friend. And thank goodness we were! Mel came the same day we called, and he was great!
