The most ghetto, unprofessional establishment I have ever visited in my life. I tried to exit the parking garage, to which they let me in without a credit card. I tried to pay using Apple Pay upon exit, which they didn’t provide. I call customer service to ask for help and the man on the phone told me I needed to park, venture out in the 30 degree weather to find a pre paid debit card to pay the nominal parking fee. Ridiculous. Then security starts yelling at me over the speaker at the same time customer service is yelling at me, with another security guard coming in person to yell at me at the same time. Pretty sure my credit card was skimmed from this place. No other transactions and then all of a sudden pizzas, red light tickets, and home furnishings started getting charged to my account. Very sketchy parking garage. Also the elevators were busted.

Do not park here. The ticket machine would not take any tickets. The first over the phone support person hung up on us. Second person would not let us go even though we had provided a ticket number and proven our visit was brief enough to be free. Would not let us go without first providing full names and phone numbers. Why do you need this if you have our ticket number? Let us go or let us pay. According to other reviews this is a common occurrence.

left my vehicle here overnight, twice, on a friday night and a Saturday night, for around 20 to 24 hrs each stay. charged me $12 for each stay. was very surprised by how smoothly and cost efficient the process was. if I come back I will be surprised to be this lucky again. seemed too good to be true the posted rates at the gate confused me and I had already spent 30 minutes looking for parking and found sky-high rates, so just decided to stay here and prayed I wouldn't get towed or charged $100's. pleasantly surprised to have experienced zero problems

Posting parking rates do not apply. The kiosk will always charge max parking rates of 30 dollars no matter how long you actually park. If you try to request help, the help button speaker for the kiosk does not work. If you try calling the posted phone number, you will find that it has been disconnected and is no longer ins service. They do their best to force you to pay the maximum rate no matter how long you park. Find another parking spot in the area if possible.
