Premier Parking @ One Commerce Garage

Unsafe. Homeless people living in stairwells. Stairwells were covered in trash including spilled food all over and smelled strongly of urine. Young people riding bird scooters around the garage. No security attendants even after knocking on office door/window repeatedly.

Went to a Redbirds game in downtown Memphis. When I needed to leave, there was a keypad and I didn’t know I would need a code to enter the garage to exit with my car. That needs to be explained when paying for parking. AND the code needed should be explicitly shown when paying. If a businessman had not arrived to help and let us in the garage, there would’ve been 30 of us stranded!

Used to be one of my favorite places to park downtown because it was reasonably priced, lit, and never had problems. HOWEVER, now the case now.. They absolutely GOUGE you on price the price with a 24hr min rate of 36.17 total...

Good location and they don’t gouge on price during events. Well set up to get in and out easily. Staff at the gate very helpful. We took the stairs down and they smell of urine and are claustrophobic (or so I was informed by my wife). Elevators are in rear so bear that in mind.

No staff, no price information. End up with paying $34 for 2 hr (minimum parking time is 24 hrs). You can only find out the price after you drive in and see how to pay for it on the wall. Will never come back.
