This company is absolutely terrible. Their service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. The only competent and decent individuals are the lifeguards — and even they aren’t paid fairly! The rest of the staff and their so-called representatives are completely unprofessional and careless. Do NOT do business with these people. They will waste your time, overcharge you for everything, and deliver nothing of value in return. Save your money and your sanity — stay far away!

Excellent company, the service they provide is very good, I highly recommend it. The attention from all team is excellent, lifeguards are well trained and very friendly. 100% recommended.

Good course, fast and informative, however the promise of any help beyond the class and its duration are false. On multiple accounts, after registration and completion/passing of the course, I was reassured Premier Pool Management would be an open resource for me if I had technical questions. This is not the case. Multiple attempts to contact them post course has be meet with silence. Overall the course was informative and gives good materials that were helpful but if you are counting on this company helping or interacting with you after course completion I would sadly inform you this is not going to happen.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. This company was used for the 2021 summer season for our community pool. EXTREMELY unprofessional and unreliable. They did not have the pool ready for opening on Memorial Day weekend. Throughout the pool season, the pool opened late several times as their staff was never on time. The lifeguards were always on their phone/laptops (we have many children that frequent this pool). The CEO and VP could not manage their team nor did they take responsibility for any of the mishaps that occurred. There was never a smooth week with this company. They are non-responsive to emails unless it has to do with an invoice. I personally would never recommend this company to anyone and our community will never be using this company again.
