Wally did an amazing job teaching us on how to properly take care of our pool. Steve and crew were amazing. Very polite and fast workers. Definitely did an amazing job. Thanks Premier Pools for making my dream come true!

Beautiful pool but the service… not so much. Communication and follow up can definitely be improved… our pool was “done” in October and as I write this on December 4th, we’re still waiting for them to finish! Unfortunately, not a good of experience as we would have expected for a company that is part of a franchise. Our pool was not cheap - we expected good service at the minimum! I’ll update this when the project is done … my timer is still ticking.

I had a complete pool and filter cleaning service done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The gentleman that completed the cleaning was professional, on time, and very thorough with his work. My pool looks crystal clear now. He explained everything they did and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommend!

As first time pool owners Premier Pools made the process seamless. From the office personnel Johanna, the Project Manager Robert and the pool school guru Wally the experience has been very pleasant and professional! Highly recommend!!

Premier pool replaced a filter, housing and a backflow valve to help us out with the repair that needed to be done. They were on time and punctual and very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend them for any pool service needs.
