Premier Pools and Spas Waco

We had a wonderful experience working with Premier Pools and Spas! James and his team are incredibly knowledgable, responsive, and transparent. I can't recommend them enough and would 100% work with them again. We contacted James and his team at Premier Pools and Spas about a year ago. We were doing several renovations to our property and wanted to make sure preparation for a pool was factored into the overall plans. James met with our general contractor and electrician to make sure everything would be ready when it when we eventually got to the pool. During the design phase, James met with us several times to review all of our options. James and Brittany are phenomenal. Our pool turned out so beautiful and they finished quickly. James will take you to pools they have completed so you can talk to the customer and see the pool. Brittany is great with design and color combinations. After getting quotes from six other companies we decided to go with Premier Pools and we are so happy we did. They are super personable, and great keeping you updated along the way.

James and Brittney worked through the planning and construction to design and build a pool that met our expectations. Having built multiple pools knew what we wanted and asked for their input to make it the best outcome. We were challenged with city inspection delays but that doesn’t impact the quality of the build and follow through to ensure we were satisfied.

James was very knowledgeable and friendly! He didn’t try to sell me something that I did not need. He even helped me with the lights on my pool (which was not why I called him). He got my fountain up and working very well! I highly recommend them!!

We just completed our pool with Premier Pools and couldn’t be happier. James and Brittany were amazing to work with. We started at the showroom with a digital image of what our pool would look like, as well as being able to view and pick out materials. It was a smooth process every step of the way and communication was excellent. James and Brittany were at the job site for each step of the build. The crew of each phase were all very professional and polite. We had a schedule to follow so we knew when the next phase would take place. The completed project was a little later than originally scheduled, but that was only due to rain and inclement weather. Overall, we are extremely happy with the way it turned out.
