⸻ Review: At first, Paul and his team seemed great—very communicative, competitive pricing, and they showed up on time the first day. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. They ordered the wrong surface finish color, then told us the correct one was out of stock and would take weeks. This is something Paul should have confirmed before promising he could match it. Instead, he substituted a similar but not exact color, and by the time it was installed it was clearly much lighter than what we had chosen. We reluctantly agreed to move forward, but the project still dragged on more than two months past the original timeline. As of today, the job is still not complete.
