Our pool installation with Premier Pools and Spas went great! Casey was fantastic to work with during the sales process. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. I had an idea of how I wanted my new back yard to look so it didn’t take long to decide on the options. Ray, the owner, clearly runs a top-tier operation, and it shows in every detail. The contract process went smoothly and financial options were available. Drew, the construction manager, kept everything running smoothly, and Robert, our project manager, was exceptional with communication and follow-through. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was timed perfectly with other projects I had going on in the yard. Robert was patient and kind as I learned about my pool system and how to maintain a crystal clear pool.T

Couldn’t be happier with our pool! The Premier team is great to work with and top notch! Casey does the best design work around! Ray and Megan, the owners, are very personable and care about their customers. We met with many builders and didn’t trust anyone other than Drew to lead the construction due to the steep hill in our backyard. Robert is quick to respond and very helpful! Marshall knows all things about pool chemistry and answered all of our questions when we were learning how to maintain. Patty keeps them organized and stayed in communication with us throughout! I cannot recommend Premier highly enough. Ray, the owner, was helpful from the very first contact through the end. They were timely, communicative, and very professional. They work with you within your budget and don’t push upsells or nickel and dime you. Casey made planning and a breeze and they navigated all paperwork and HOA regulations, making the whole experience pretty much stress free. I researched many pool companies and knew I had found the perfect one after my first phone call with them. My only regret is not contacting them sooner. We couldn’t be happier with our pool, it has brought so much fun and joy to our family. From beginning to end it was less stressful than trying to get a medication refill through your insurance.

Over the three years we lived in our house I interviewed at least a dozen pool companies from AL and TN trying to find a team that I felt understood what we wanted and could actually execute it. From the first visit with Ray I felt his passion for their business - he listened intently and had an open mind. The initial mock up was awesome and helped us really feel comfortable with getting started. We went with a heated saltwater gunite pool with basketweave pavers from Techobloc.
