I was recommended Premier Property Services by Dave's Roof Repair (another awesome business), and I can't say enough good things about Brandon and his team. Brandon had a quote to me within 1 day, and the work was complete within a couple days of my confirmation of the quote! They were extremely responsive and got the job done in half a day. AND they did an AMAZING job! Check out the before and after photos. I am so pleased with their work. Highly recommend and will use in the future!

We have used Premier Property Services twice now, and will only use them for house washing, deck cleaning, gutter cleaning and window washing from now on. Our expectations are always exceeded. The results are fantastic and the service is exceptional.

The Premier team has installed gutters at two homes for me. The material quality and workmanship from the installation team are outstanding. I needed some light repair work done on fascia boards and they handled that for me as well before installing gutters. I also use Premier for all my gutter cleaning and I feel they provide excellent value with very short wait time. I'm a long time, very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Premier Property Services.

positives: estimate was based on actual measurements by the owner; got the house cleaned nicely; exterior of windows were cleaned nicely and by hand w/ no scratches but with cleaning solution left on some window sills negatives: at least half of the areas cleaned were NOT rinsed properly leaving a lot of residue on many surfaces (metal roofing, concrete flooring, headboard porch ceilings) that required a LOT of effort on our part to get off (ceilings have to be scrubbed by hand); one of the keypads for a garage opener was rendered dysfunctional (but the owner replaced it the next day). most of the residual cleaning solution not rinsed away was left by one of the two employees (but not all). if you don't want to clean up after these guys, suggest looking at a different company.

Premier Property makes it so easy to want to work with them! they are proactive and very customer focused. the checked in prior to the work, confirmed what was being done, and suggested what we needed to doing preparation of their arrival. once onsite they met with me first, again stated what they were going to do. they completed the work in a timely fashion, and now .... my house looks great. and the cost very reasonable! would recommend anytime!!
