As a licensed property and casualty insurance agent in GA/FL/and SC, I’ve worked with a lot of restoration companies over the years… and, all I can say is PRS is my go to choice personally and professionally — they helped with equipment for a claim at my own home (sewage flooded my first floor at 10 pm and they were to my house within less than 15 minutes of me calling cleaning and setting up fans and equipment !) and most recently provided industrial fans (another spur of the moment call that they responded to within minutes) for an exclusive event I hosted in a private airport hangar during Golden Isles Air Show weekend. Hunter and Dawin did an amazing job. My real-estate agent made a mistake with coordinating different contractors for a big job and they went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on at all times. These guys are professionals, and living in a time where it's very hard to find good help, they were absolutely on point with their communication as well as execution of the job itself. PRS and Kyle/Jimmy saved the day for our outdoor event last weekend. The night was unusually humid and hot and we were most thankful that they came to help us last minute with giant fan to cool down our guests. I own a rental property on Saint Simon Island and we recently had a water event that needed immediate help. A quick call to PRS and they were there in force. They immediately took care of the water and got fans and dehumidifier in place. This prompt service saved my house from additional damage due to water.
